1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Anam Ayurveda's website and services. By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services
Anam Ayurveda offers Ayurvedic consultations — in person at our Belfast practice and online via video call to clients across the UK and Ireland. Services include:
- Initial Ayurvedic consultations and health assessments
- Follow-up consultations and progress reviews
- Annual health reviews
- Personalised wellness plans including dietary, lifestyle, and herbal preparation guidance
- Free 15-minute discovery calls
Ayurvedic consultations are not a substitute for conventional medical care. Please see Section 6 (Medical Disclaimer).
3. Consultations
Booking
Consultations are booked via our online booking system (Cal.com) or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
Online consultations
Online consultations are conducted via Zoom or an equivalent video platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable space for the session.
In-person consultations
In-person consultations are held at our Belfast practice. Full address details will be included in your booking confirmation.
4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change; any change will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: the full consultation fee is charged. (Note for Oscar's review in Plan 06: please confirm this cancellation window and same-day policy is correct before publication.)
- No-shows without prior notice: the full consultation fee is charged.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations within policy are issued within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at oscaroduchon19@googlemail.com or via the booking system.
6. Medical Disclaimer

Ayurvedic consultations with Anam Ayurveda are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care by your GP, specialist, or other qualified healthcare professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read on this website or discussed during a consultation.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or your local emergency number immediately.
7. Herbal Preparations
Any herbal preparations recommended during consultation are not licensed medicines under UK law. They are recommended based on your individual constitution and history as assessed during consultation. They are not a substitute for prescribed medication from a licensed healthcare professional.
You are responsible for informing your GP or specialist of any Ayurvedic recommendations you are following. Do not stop or alter any prescribed medication without first consulting your prescribing doctor.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Anam Ayurveda's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant consultation.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
